
- Not everybody you met will suit your personality and that is okay. When you find people who you can connect with easily, your social life is much easier.
- It’s okay to take a break for your own well being
- There will be problems in life that you run into but problems are not all bad because they are what helps you grow. Nor is all anxiety bad anxiety.
- Hard work now will be worth it in the end.
- You can’t get everything you want.
- There is no rush, there is plenty of time left at the age of 20 to do whatever.
- Cleaning my room is good for clearing my head.
- No one is pressuring you to be perfect except yourself, everything else is an illusion.
- Crying doesn’t make you a baby. It is actually healthy and really helps.
- Self reflection is good and helps you grow.
- Everything happens for a reason.
- People aren’t judging you or watching you like you think they are.
- Talking to people actually isn’t that scary once you’ve done it
- Exposure therapy is the answer to most of my fears.
- It’s okay to let go of those really old friendships that never were good for you.
- Learning how to genuinely admit when you’re wrong.
- It’s okay to want to be alone. It doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you, nor does it mean that you are actually lonely.
- Don’t do everything because your friends do it.
- Learn self care and self love because it makes such a big difference in your mental health.
- Learned that you really know absolutely nothing and that most adults like to say that they know nothing either.
